Welcome to Room 103's web page! I am Patricia Veal, the classroom teacher. I have taught early childhood education classes for over 34 years, now. I have 2 master degrees, one in early childhood education and one in educational administration. I used the administration degree when I was the Central Area Head Start administrator several years ago. I enjoy teaching in the Head Start program because Head Start is concerned not only about your child's educational experience but we are also concerned about the family. We want to help the family set and reach the goals they desire. During the course of time your child is in our classroom, we will work with you regarding your child's/family's health, provide you with social service assistance, if necessary, and work to give your child the best educational experience possible. My assistant is Ms. Mae Cole. She is a dedicated, hard-working co-teacher with a wealth of knowledge and wealth of experience. Together with our new long-term, everyday, all day parent volunteer, Ms. Christine Robinson we are your room 103 Head Start team. Feel free to call on us at anytime.
