School Profile
Dvorak Technology Academy offers a student-centered, technology -driven curriculum in a rigorous, problem-based learning environment.

Beginning in kindergarten, students will use technology and web-based tools to create artifacts and demonstrate learning in both individual and collaborative settings.  The technology skills learned will prepare students for the educational and employment needs of the future.

Teachers and staff are kind, caring, and professional. Staff undergo technology training and professional development to keep them on the cutting edge of technology integration skills and practices.

Dvorak trivia: Dvorak was established in 1963 to accommodate the large numbers of people moving into North Lawndale from the South and other parts of Chicago.
